GapForm
Builds scored self-assessments that qualify leads by showing people their own gap.

GapForm is a builder for scored assessments. You write a set of questions — sliders, multiple choice, free text — and attach points to the answers. A prospect fills the form in, leaves an email, and gets back an animated score gauge and a call to action chosen by which band their score fell into: a low scorer pointed at a strategy call, a high scorer at a bigger plan. You get a table of responses sorted by score, and a CSV export.
I built it on the observation that people believe a number they arrived at themselves. Being told you have a problem is a pitch; scoring yourself six out of thirty is a discovery, and the prospect turns up already convinced. It grew out of an earlier project of mine, Swift Join, circling the same idea from the survey end; I folded that in and kept the assessment framing.
The part I like most is the generator: describe your business in a sentence and GPT-4o writes the whole form — questions, scoring, palette, score bands — with a hero image generated alongside it. One honest caveat: scores are computed in the browser and the server stores what it is given, which is fine when the email is the real payload and not fine for anything you would want to trust.
